  2. Review and Replacement: Once we receive your email, our customer service team will review the information and confirm the damage or defect. If approved, we will send a replacement product to you at no additional cost.

  3. No Refunds: Please note that we do not offer refunds. We only provide replacements for damaged or defective items.
